click check my status on USCIS website, once there create an account where it says sign up. this is completely different from the other account. once you crate the account, add the case numbers and you should be able to see what the action was

not that one @Ash Hussain . there are two ways of checking and the second way is by creating a case status account.

no the account is the main one. but if you click on the home page where it says check your case status, when you click takes you to a different page. under it you should see create an account, sign up. you’ll create an account there. do not log in using your main account credentials. you have to create an account and once you do enter the case numbers
