March 2026 I-130 Filers — Anyone Approved Yet?
Hi everyone! 🇺🇸🇵🇭
Looking for timelines from other U.S. citizen spouses filing an I-130 for their Filipino spouse.
My husband is a U.S. citizen petitioner, and I’m the beneficiary here in the Philippines. Our I-130 was received on March 8, 2026, and it’s currently at the Texas Service Center (TSC). Our receipt starts with IOE.
We’ve been waiting for over 6 months with no RFE or approval yet.
For those who had a similar USC → Filipino spouse case, especially with TSC:
• How long did your I-130 take to get approved?
• Was your timeline similar to ours?
• Is there anything we can do to help speed it up, or is waiting the only option?
