i751 was submitted on march 31,2023- i received on june 27, 2025 for the ssecond time “ case is being actively reviewed “ and after that nothing else. i called uscis and i was told to submit a service request. has any of you same experience? does this request help?

I heard people with the same issue then after couple days approval notice
