Mandamus processing
Hey everyone, looking for some insights from anyone who has filed a Writ of Mandamus for a delayed VAWA case ?. I filed my mandamus in the District of Massachusetts on April 7, 2026. It’s been almost 2 months since the federal filing and my USCIS portal hasn't updated yet. For those who went the mandamus route for VAWA, how long after filing did it take for the U.S. Attorney or USCIS to move your case? Did the government ask for a 30-day extension? Thanks in advance

vawa delate? and is only been 2 months? man your tripping vawa cases are taking up to 4 years to get an approved and even longer

Did you send the court summons to USCIS? Did USCIS reply to the court & to you through mail/email? Something is missing here.

my vawa was approved nov 2024. but still waiting for my i485. I was also thinking about filling Mandamus
