MANDAMUS LAWSUIT
I was in the process of filing a mandamus lawsuit but the attorney is saying being that my husband had two interviews where the 2nd interview it was him n I the lawsuit may cause a Notice of Intent to Revoke. I really don’t know what to do at this point because this is crazy.

what is even that mean? you went two interviews? like two times and what happened? what they will revoke?

@tired from waitingg It means they are suspecting fraud which is false so being that we haven’t received a decision we are filing a mandamus lawsuit to get one
