when did your case get transferred there?

it was transferred there on 06/13/2025.

my case was transferred to Portland Maine office on the same date 06/13. no update yet. pd 01/05/23

@Aayeesha Sharma If you search in this community , you will see a recent case took 7 weeks for approval at Manchester. My case is also at Manchester since 6/24.

@Pavan K yeah,I saw it for Eb1 case.Its been already more than 7 weeks for me now.I am at the 8th week now. The wait is so frustrating!

@Aayeesha Sharma Did you see any API updates on your case post transfer to Manchester? Assuming your case starts with IOE

@Pavan K no it is an MSC case.I dont think we can check for API updates for MSC cases.

@Aayeesha Sharma What is the Received Date on your case? Many posts here and on telegram say RD is used to determine order of priority. Keep checking with Emma

@Pavan K it is on 1st week of November 2024.

@Aayeesha Sharma You should get an update soon. My RD is March 2025, so it maybe pending for a while

@Pavan K no updates yet !I saw so many people with feb and march PD getting approvals lately.The wait is getting really frustrating.

@Aayeesha Sharma Agree on the frustration. . Did you try contacting your local congressman/ senator to initiate a inquiry? In some cases, their inquiry may trigger action on 485 cases, based on what I saw in other forums. No update on my case as well

@Pavan K I did contact them on August 1st but they have not even started on my case .I called them today to get an update they told me they might take few more days to make an inquiry.

@Pavan K hopefully,I get a decision news this week or the following week.

@Pavan K not yet!I did contact senator yesterday though.Don’t know if that will make any difference though.
