@Bryan Trundle In general, you may not file your Form I-485 until an immigrant visa is immediately available in your category. your oPD is July if you go to visa bulletin they are at 1feb 2021 so how u did ?

By the time he applied it was current. However, the soon to end administration decided to retrogress the priority date by 5 years.

@Bryan Trundle Mine is July 2021. USCIS is working on cases with PD January 1, 2021 and earlier. Just sit tight until your PD becomes current.
