i claim madamus for I-130 delay . my lawyer says uscis will answer for the lawsuit in 60 days . today is the last day but i still not hear anything from them. does anyone have experience for this situation ? thanks

@C Lp after 60 days , they asked me to transfer my case to local court and my lawyer is agree. 10 days later my case was approved
