@md dhaly mostly process of green card approval within two years after applying and your priority date is also current so you will get definitely your green card within six months

260 days for applying my work permit , still not any update so how long I wait for my permit

and I want to tell you one thing more My friend Have same case, but his lawyer apply all document like green card EAD I 360 and advanced parole together and his priority date is also not current but he got his combo card, which was his EAD and advanced payroll and now his green card is pending, but he got his advanced parole so he can travel on his advanced proloe if he want anyone who apply green card, but his pd is not current

So that means if I have deferred action, I can apply for advance parol though I'm only an SIJS whos PD is not current? @s singh
