Hi everyone, I’m a bit confused about the status updates on my I-130 petition. On April 12, 2024, the USCIS case status changed to: “Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS – As of April 12, 2024, we are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative…” But now when I check the status, it says: “Case Is Still Being Processed By USCIS – As of April 12, 2024, your Form I-130 is still being processed…” So it went from “Actively Reviewing” back to “Still Being Processed,” but the date stayed the same. Is this normal? Has this happened to anyone else? Does it mean something changed or that there’s a delay? Thanks in advance for your help!
