@Abdulla Obaid that was the initial stages when the form was submitted, but that changed to “We are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. Our records showed nothing is outstanding at this time” 2 months after form submission.

@inga Budueva I grew up in the states with my father and stepmother. My mom spends part of her time in England and Ghana, but I want her to fully live in the states legally. She’s visits the states with her UK passport from time to time.

@Abdulla Obaid it really varies. I would say be patient partly because they’ve received your application/documents
