live agent
I ask the agent for an update regarding the messages I received and I'm not seeing anything in my account. she said still in process please continue to wait till further notice if there is any notice you will be notified and end the chat I'm like wow , they act as if you're not to check what is happening

some are helpful and some are not. but from what’s happening is that your case is being worked by an officer. so congratulations 🎊🎉🍾
you will get another notice of acttion and then you I’ll be approved. so you are already at the finish line. and you do not need to worry no more.

the live agent can’t see a lot more than we can. they can see when someone viewed the case but they don’t have a lot of details. it takes some time unfortunately. and the only thing you can do is wait :) @S T
