through Emma for a medical reason, an officer called me after 2 hours scheduled me with my local office next day. local office looks at all paperwork and the medical reason then if they accept it then they issue a travel document on the spot.

but I the I 131 does it have some expiration date on it or you can use it how you want just curious

I am planning to do the same but I am not sure if they give to you for like a specific time frame or is it like for one year ..?

if you apply both I-131 and I-765 together it come in one combo card and it’s valid for 2 years

we expedite our I-131 in September for medical reasons, before the I-765 that was just approved few days. the I-130 is only good for one year multiple entry and valid only for one year only.
