I am in the same boat. Look up the app every day to see the see no movement from uscis. Do we need to wait 3 more months (or until the end of year) to get update of progress?

I’m upset about the fact that my lawyer suggested me to go for Eb3 when I was qualified for eb2. this was back in 2022 when eb2 and eb3 row always stayed current. how big of a difference there is now after 2 years… i might have already gotten my green card if I applied for eb2, but who knows. i just wanted to vent it out to people that are in the same frustrating situation.. good luck everyone!

same boat, EB3 PD Sep 2022, CRP since Feb 2024 and now prob have to wait until Oct fiscal reset… crazy thing is I still don’t have my AP even tho I filed last Oct. wtf…

Same position as well, PD September 2022, CRP since December. Current since April and on June 11 I got RFE because my medical was filled out incompletly. I had to go and ask clinic to get me another copy and I sent it over night. They still did not approve it on time.

pd is may 2023. my I-140 is yet to be filed and am already complaining

my friend on same boat - he never took any uscisc process seriously and get everything approved on time he even traveled outside USA without AP ( but told uscisc through online request/ congressman letter that he has to travel because of family emergency ) and , next day his 485 was approved uscis is full of lazy middle aged or old aged beauracrats ; they sit on straight forward cases to show they are doing work.They are like dmv… More you follow rule and get desperate; more uscis torture you challenge them legally ( if you can) and get things done just my observation
