kansas City case pending
so there is no single approval from KCFO since March 2025 till date for 2021 or 2022 filer? KCFO is super busy or something else I heard someone got NOID again for having degree and no intent?? so they have no intention to approve the cases? how can we know?
who can help us???? anyone has any idea is it mandumus only option and it is looks like fast track to get denial if filed lol.

@F M moving may not solve after interview they will not transfer cases. people who filed with me is now eligible for citizen without working this is so so unfair too much

@SA TA oh is it. yeah it’s really bad. i have seen for some ppl case got approved after moving its all luck. sad to see only this fo not moving cases
