@CONSCH * no we did not submit anything to Nvc. it was a K1 so he took all documents to his interview.

@Gee Sunny in your timeline here, I don't see approval for the form I-134. did you ever submit it to USCIS for approval or you just filled the form and took it to the interview. sorry for asking so many questions.

@CONSCH * it’s not a separate application ( so you do not get approved or denied for it ), it’s just one of the forms you need to file out and take along to your interview (with supporting financial documents)
