K1 Visa at NVC yet??
For those of you who were approved for the K1 visa from USCIS, will my timeline show me when USCIS sends it to the NVC also? I was approved on July 1st, 2022 and have not yet heard from NVC.

Current case review time: As of 8-Aug-22, we are reviewing documents submitted to us on 27-May-22.

This week, I saw that they were working on the docs that they received in July, so I guess everything changed

I just spoke to a live agent at USCIS and was told that we have to wait 90 days to hear from NVC and if we don't then we can call USCIS.

According to NVC is 6 to 8 weeks, have you sent an inquiry to them?

Yes I have sent an inquiry but they are so backlogged with responding to them. Today is our 6th week. 🤷🏾♀️

hopefully you get something soon, I saw ppl getting the welcome letter after 38 days and 42 days, hopefully we all get good news soon
