K1: NVC made a mistake
So the NVC made a mistake on my K1-FTP with my surname, I sent an inquiry about it. Was that all I should’ve done or is there something else I can do to solve this issue?

@Dr.Neyz Faith It’s basically a letter saying they’ve sent your case to the US consulate and they put your case number and case details in the letter as well

my fiancé didn’t receive such letter
he only got the approval notice stating the case has been sent to DOS and other instructions

You get the FTP once your case progresses from the “at NVC” stage
