K1 case Approved
My fiancé and I genuinely thought the entire process would take much longer. Althought after a couple of attempts to expedite our case we succeeded and we got the approval sooner (6 months in total)
why helped us to expedite was current situation in The world, the lack of possibility to send money and travel.

I’m from Russia so my fiancé is experiencing difficulties to support and visit me due to the current political reasons. that’s pretty much it what we mentioned.

our k1 fiancé visa took 388 days for approval, it was approved last Monday, May 23, does anyone know how long the NVC welcome letter takes? my fiancé is from 🇲🇽 Mexico, thanks and regards..

our case hasn’t even reached NVC from that point

@kenenna the welcome letter never reached us so I had to write an email to NVC asking for a new case number. we got the reply and new number within 24 hours after I sent an email. as for July 18, our case is at NVC

hello! we got an rfe more or less in a month after that and final approval happened in 2 months after expedite approved
