K1 + I-212 waiver
Hi everyone,
so I had K1 interview at US embassy and I was told to do I212 (permission to reapply, i do not need 601,601a) it’s been 7 months, lately i saw “last updated date” changed 2 times on my NVC case status. I hope they are working on my case. (been waiting for 2 years) Does anyone has same experience as mine ? Is there any advise ? thank you

any updates? I too will need a waiver because I was denied entry and deported from the airport

@Safia I actually got a RFE, after I contacted my congressman.
