2 days ago I had my IV for green card in Harlingen, Tx. The officer was very professional and kind, btw she did not check a single document, but my passport and my husband’s ID. Although we brought a full folder with files of documents, copies and originals including proofs and tax transcripts, receipts, bills, photos etc. She asked me when we met and how many years ago, and also she read the list of criminal questions, I gave her yes/no answers from the form. that’s all. She approved after few minutes. So happy that the whole process of AOS took 59 days!! Wish y’all luck #k1fianceevisa #aos #greencard #texas

congratulations - Just had my Interview last week - K1-AOS my wife is an American Citizen- we almost waited 2 years - AOS application April 2020 - still waiting for approval - we had to update my Medical- despite filing for AOS witin a year of initial Medical. it is great to see USCIS is picking up the pace.
