I had my biometric yesterday for I-765 C08 they only took photo of me I think they gonna reuse my fingerprints to. how long it’s gonna take to get approved? do you have any idea?

@Jan 2025 awesome! I sent in new photos with the c09 package too. I’m leaning towards 3-4 months for approval so August -Sept . After biometrics, we just wait on mandatory FBI clearance which takes 30-60days

@Dec 2024 Filer I sent new photos to but I don’t know why they took photo yesterday, for fbi clearance I sent them my fbi clearance report last year when I filed i360. anyway good luck to us pray for everyone

there no 3-4 months anymore wait it’s 8+ months now
