just got my EAD today
hi yall so like the title says, i got my EAD today and i wanted to know if i can start working already even im still waiting for my SSN

I got mine too yesterday, please do we need to apply for SSN or it would be mail to us and how long would it take to deliver ?

@my testimony when i first applied for ead uscis sent me mine i dint have to go to social security so maybe just wait .did you check the box for uscis to send you a so ial security card when you filled out the paperwork?

my husband had to go to the local SSA office to apply for his SSN. he was approved on 2/15 and received card 2/18 we applied for SSN on 2/25. hopefully get it soon. 🙏🏼

no you don’t need to go to social security office ssn comes in the mail about 3 days later
