if your case is outside normal processing then you can fill out a form for case asstistance on their page. after 10 days or so you will get ref. number and they will communicate with USCIS on your behalf. let me know if you need help

and yes, I would definitely need more help with contacting ombudsman. When did you contact them and how long did it take for your case to be approved after reaching out to them?

I contacted them in Sep. then they sent response in 2 weeks. Then it took a month to move the case to another office to speed up processing. then 2 months to get RFE and approval. they will keep following up with USCIS in regular basis to get you a response.

@ ABM A. thanks for the info. I submitted a case assistance with ombudsman 12/22/2021. they replied me with an email with a case number and I’m still waiting for the next course of action. my form i485 been showing interview was scheduled since 10/15/2019. I can’t wait for a prompt resolution like yours . Amen

Hello Christopher. hope your case got moved. USCIS responds within or around 15 working days. The Ombudsman office will keep following with them and contact UsCIS on your behalf until you get ( Real action)

@Abm hello thanks for the concern. I submitted the ombudsman case assistance dec 23 2021. I think they are kinda backlogged now. when I called them a few days ago if there’s an update on my case, the lady said they were working of finishing up the initial request for all Novembers 2021, that my case is yet to be assigned and that they will send me an email once my case has been assigned. I really hope and pray everything works out . mine form 1130 has been approved since July 2021 , just the form i485 been pending since 2019. it’s freaking me out bro
