I think many are still waiting. we only see the approvals online so it feels like everyone is getting approved :) My PD is July 3rd, 2023, MSC259008, EB2-NIW. still waiting. I know my case has been with the Reno FO since June 20.

my pd is March 2023, I am still waiting. My case is current from July 2024 and now it is around 1 year that I do not have any update.

@Ron H l’m July 26, and my last update was after my biometrics last year. I have seen so many approvals in different online platforms, which makes it difficult not to get worked up.

@in oon My case is in non local field office of Phoenix. After 7.5 months in NBC, it was transferred to Phoenix and it's been under process for 4 months in Phoenix.

@Dee I yes last week I sent service request, USCIS told in 60-90 days you will have an update.

Same here! PD July 28th 2023! I answered the RFE in November 15th 2024! My case is still in NEBRASKA. Why has everyone been transferred?

@Cristiane a have you chatted with Emma or called them to ask about the field office processing your case? It’s usually not updated in your case timeline if you’re MSC. So you have to chat Emma to find out

@Cristiane a it seems the EB applications get final decision in local office not in the main centers, thus finally for all, the cases should be transferred. Based on my understanding if the case is transferred it is a good sign and you will get GC soon. However for my case it’s been in field office for a long time.

PD: July 08, 2023 Receipt: MSC2590109 sent Nov 04, 2024 biometrics: December 06, 2024. RFE: No Live Agent confirmed that my case is still on NBC I'm worried about this, my visa will expire in December.

@Tiago Araujo we all are worried seeing August 2023 PDs already getting approvals. You should try and get yourself on F1 so at least you can have a status while you wait

@Dee I, My lawyer advised that, since I’ve applied for a permanent residence visa, submitting an application for a student visa could be viewed unfavorably.
