Yes! you definitely can. A conditional GC doesn’t make a difference in you joining any of the forces. Best of luck…

to join the army, you cannot join with a conditional green card, you would need a permanent resident card with no conditions. however I’m not sure about anything other than specifically army. as I’ve personally reached out to them to ask
