I never got the letter from DOS, just the USCIS one one week after the recommendation.

I got FR on 04/07, just have receipt number from USCIS today.

I think you’ll get a RFE if you don’t have approved 797 notice.

@Charlie C you received a recipe number for your 797? Did you know anyone who got RFE for that?

I had the receipt last Friday. still pending in USCIS now. I have friend summit other petition like H1/ O1, they’ve got FR but now 797. all received RFE to summit 797.
