You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

We got the same PD. It's just not normal that a gov institution works in a way designed to keep people in limbo this way. The sh*tshow going on within the USCIS is crazy
