It took awhile but it has finally EAD is approved. Very happy đ
My priority date is April 13. I did biometrics June 8. Submitted 765 expedite on June 15. On June 30 email received requesting proof of evidence. Evidence sent on July 1st. Everything went silent then so I resend on July 9th...though im pretty sure they received the first fax. July 15 lawfully notified me that request for additional information informed and five minutes after case approved- card will be mail to you.

congrats Gail - let us know when your status changes again! Iâm waiting for my card too and itâs been 3 days so I guess Iâm starting to panick đ

Thanks much đ. I expedited under humanitarian grounds of financial loss and hardship with the burden on my husband. I provided medical bills, school bills, and loss of job letter.

congrats Gail. I wish we could expedite ours. my pd is April 19 2021. we donât have enough proof thoughđ itâs been 20 days since biometrics & still no update.

Lol. took a while??? đ My pd is November 2020 and Iâm still waiting for my EAD approval. so no, yours was a short wait compared to ours.

M. Erv ...damn and here I thought it was taking too long. I'm hunbled to know it was fairly quick compared to you and others who have been waiting for a long time. Hoping yours will come soon.
