It took a while…
Finally I got it in the end. They also made a mistake and they took a month to correct it. The mistake was that they approved my gc but didn’t send it to be processed or produced.

@Glo Ria what do you mean. I am trying to see if the same thing for me too. I was told my i485 was approved from last year but my status did not change or I did not get a notification

@Leeza 🇯🇲 Leeza Did you attempt to contact them? I submitted an e request for outside normal processing time on the USCIS website and they got back to me. Try that and see if you’ll get any response.
