Is this the right time to file K3 Visa?
My husband and I filed Form I-130 in March 2026, but we haven’t received any response yet. We only received a notice of acceptance. At that time, we read discussions about the relevance of the K3 visa, and they advised against it because Form I-130 is the one that gets approved first. However, the waiting time for Form I-130 has increased significantly.
Given these circumstances, should we file for the K3 visa now? I miss my husband dearly and can’t wait any longer.
