I got 140 approved in 140 days without rfe but still wait 485 more than a year

I was at 21 months of wait and paid PP.. case hadnt even been assigned to an officer for review all that time (found out through senator)

I haven’t submitted any based on advice from my lawyer. I haven’t received RFE either…since Feb 2024 it’s been at “processing”.

@M A I did but the person I spoke to said am not the primary applicant rather a beneficiary which isn’t accurate. and won’t give me any information. since then I decided to wait. no RFE

yes raised couple of service requests but nothing yet.

I think there's a backlog in Octubre, 2023 for Nebraska submissions for some uknown reason.
