Request for Evidence they asked me to send another proof of marriage . proof of good moral character and copy of my prior marriage before i got married to this one im filling vawa on which i sent initially but dont know why they keep asking same thing over and over again

@ mike so even if ur visa expires as a tourist u can still travel with advance parole

because that is my major concern like on coming back they might see u have over stayed for long in usa and this is d opportunity to deny u entry i believe

immigration sent me a letter saying they will make there final decision in 180 day which will be in October I want to travel I have Advance parole my lawyer said I should just wait and get this done

Michael I filed my case March 2017 i360 and i485 in July 2018 vawa got approved since then no news then November 2020 I decided to sue them I filed writ of mandamus March 9th 2021 had my interview it was straight forward only yes or no questions April 2021 I received my green card and by the way I overstayed my tourist visa and worked without authorization but never had a problem traveling with the AP hopefully this helps anyone in the same situation
