nope you should wait at least two years otherwise they gonna file motion to dismiss… it depends on what circuit state you live in is that i730 based?

18 months you’re good.. I’ve seen people do it at 15-16 months and got approved.

How long you waited to file I-485 after your asylum approval is a big factor too. It is not only about the application duration so if you’re about two years into your asylee status, wom can be effective. I say this because you would agree that 12 months pending I-485 for someone who waited one year to file and someone who filed immediately after asylum approval are not the same thing.
