Long short story I don't even have my I-130 approved, I can't adjust as green card holder spouse, my husband and been trying to buy a house and bank only approved my husband because he is the only one who has social security number and legal status, the bank said if I had a registered company and showed atleast 1 or 2 years income and paid taxes they would included me in the loan. I know people they bought a house without loans but they bought it cash. The bank also said once I have my documents in the future I would be included as a co-owner and be considered in the family income if we want a refinance and but other properties or houses.

You don't qualify for a loan,, but you can buy with cash

You don't need documents to buy a house. However, is more expensive when you apply under "foreign". If you pay in cash, you can use your passport and state ID to buy. Wait your GC for you to grow a credit score and then get a better APR on your loan.

whoever with social security number can buy a house, even with Itin number but the bank is going to request to increase down payment to "reduce" risk.
