has your I-140 been approved? did you file I-140 in premium? i am wondering if thats what holding the process back

@AR R I didn’t file in PP and my lawyer is one of those who advise against PP… I was wondering the same, but I heard people who also filled concurrently and got both AP and EAD approved even with a pending I-140

Waiting for both EAD and AOS since March 24th. My EB1A was approved in February. Me and my husband are ROW so our PD has always been current. I have no idea what is going on. I am severely depressed and exhausted and crying. My STEM OPT is expiring in 3 weeks.

@sudarshana Malya : Did you try contacting the congressman since it has crossed the normal processing time? sometimes it helps

@lucky boy Yes, I submitted an inquiry outside of processing times and an expedite request. Didn't hear back. It's been 3 weeks since the expedite request and 11 days since the inquiry. THEY. DON'T. CARE. Not sure why they're taking fees but not working on at least EADs.

@lucky boy yes EAS is approved in june-2025

@D 3 my husband got his EAD approval 2 months after submitting the inquiry. You can try speaking with a live agent and request the status of your inquiry. When my husband did it, they told him when he would hear back.

Submitted I-485 and EAD on May 2, 2025 My I-140 was approved I submitted to the Texas Service Center, but now my case is at NBC - Still waiting for everything, The average time for EAD is 4 months but still waiting ~ 8 months anybody from may?

@Bekhzod Usmonov NBC processing time is 3.5 months, you might be able to submit an inquiry at this point. have you tried it?

@Bekhzod Usmonov I submitted I485 and EAD in May. with I140 approved in March. EAD approved in Aug and AOS approved in Dec 14th

I did an inquiry yesterday, and I hope they will give an answer soon

Same thing here: filed concurrently 140 and 485 in Oct 23, had the biometrics directly done in Nov 23, then nothing happened until I changed the 140 to premium processing in April25, I 140 got approved within days, but since then no movement on the 485… even congressional inquiry did nothing… so frustrating

@beck beck you can check the USCIS processing times, it shows an estimate for 80% of the cases. Simply google it, it’s pretty straightforward
