In my spousal visa application, my spouse's permanent resident address is given NY but he's currently staying in Houston and wil be there for a year or so. Houston was given as his present address though. Now, when I'll be moving to the US, do I need to enter NY or can I directly go to Houston? Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks.

u can go to Houston. during the inspection told them ur current address

it doesn’t matter where u enter. u can enter NY airport LA airport and drive by car to Houston. so why do u want to enter NYC if ur end destination is in Houston ? the point is just pick the flight that’s close to ur destination. international flight point of entry are many
