4months of waiting for a Welcome Letter from NVC after USCIS approval. is there anyone here same as mine?. NVC's contact no. is busy , posted their public inquiry form but had to wait for a month or so for the reply..idk what to do.

called them a couple of time but no answer,i mean only operator answers..i also did sent an inquiry but waiting for the reply. last update of the case from uscis says it was sent to the NVC for pre-processing

I receive a email for mines, 3 days after the approval from USCIS.
