Only difference is IOE cases have online account where you can see your case status and upload documents when they ask for RFE. I do not think IOE cases are faster. We don't know what they are considering while processing cases but it is not related to case number.

IOE means you filled files online and 914 is kinda showing timeframe. I submitted on Oct 23th and my case number also starts with IOE0914. we have a same timeline tho. Did you do biometric?

My case is in National Benefits Center and I did bio on Dec 03 2021. My case is actively reviewed right after the biometrics. I have no clue and keep waiting.

I heard that some people with IOE093 got their EAD produced today. It’s a good news tho. Hopefully our turn will come soon :).

When did you submit your forms?

My case number starts with IOE09140 no update, biometrics reused.
