@Aryan S. I also filed in January usually it goes to nbc first then it’s sent out to the field office near you for interview. how far are you in the process , so far I’ve had biometrics but nothing since I’m in Florida

ioe can be worked on from all offices since it was submitted online or at least that's what i've found out about it ( i do have a specific center it's at but it can be worked on from different ones as well)

IOE tells you the case is being handled in USCIS’s electronic system; it is not a reliable shorthand for one physical service center. USCIS also notes that paper filers with IOE receipts can often use online-account tools for the case. So I would not try to overread the prefix as though it were a classic service-center code.
