@M S how did you hear that your interview was waived through mail, text, call or the app?

I called and been told that it’s been waived on June 29 and application is sent to FO same day. no updates since then.

I’ve not seen anyone that was recently told by the uscis Customacare agent that their interview was waived get approval, I’ve been waiting to see anyone that later get approval after been told that interview was waived by phone call.

@still waiting for the past few days have seen some meny interview waived the all get the information through phone call but no actual approval very sad no single one with approval. as it’s stands this interview waiver thing isn’t what think it’s is.

its taking a few days saw two people today who was approved guess it takes almost a month cause one of them got it june 30th and the other july 1st

I think they send their medical with their application. I am more worried about RFE lol to send me medicals.

I called them today and again got different info saying my application is at NBC. so we will see. May be they gonna process it in a batch

yes she said interview was waived on June 29th

i called today to USCIS and a agent told me that my interview was waived on July 21st, but it does not show any change online.

hi. I called uscis Monday and was told my case was waived on June 22nd. I haven’t heard any updates or anything. Never sent my medical either so I’m assuming they’re going to send me an RFE ! I did put in a expedite request though. let’s see what happens

My interview is waived too since July 5th when chatting with a live agent. Why they send the application to the FO if the interview is being waived? anyone can explain please? 🤔

@Thao they told me the same thing that application is sent to local FO, and every time I call them they are giving different information. I am not sure why it’s been sent to FO, did you provide medical when you sent your application?

I called uscis today and asked what’s the next step (after interview was waived). I was told that the next step is decision. she also said that my case moved from FO to NBC. she wasn’t able to give particular time frame. she just said, the decision can be made any time 🙂

@Thao, I think it’s FO that waives interview, not NBC. at least that happened to my case, it was waived after it went to FO

@D A @M S, I haven't submitted my medical so I would love to receive the rfe soon 🥺 The agent said that "The last update on your case was on July 5th interview waived. Your fill is still with the NBC. The office will finish reviewing the file and make a decision". Then I asked her about medical forms. she said "you will receive the rfe". I just saw one case was approved after interview waived. Their marriage is 3 months. so I takes it as a good news for all of us 😂

@M S, my FO is Boston. marriage based case. I didn’t have an interview, it was waived 2 weeks ago
