Interview waived
Today I spoke to an agent through Emma and she said that my case is staying at NBC and that my interview was waived. Is it true or they just say that and then you get an interview schedule? #I485 #I130

it’s not waived until you’re approved without an interview. they definitely don’t review it with enough detail at NBC before it goes to a field office.
if your marriage is legit and there’s no funky immigration stuff it will most likely be waived @miracle miracle

Customer service is untrustworthy. Sometimes they aren’t able to correctly answer even the basic questions. I wouldn’t count on them.
