how long did your documents to DQ?

people who got dq on nov are waiting for IL in us embassy nepal they haven’t gave the dates for F2A since Nov

@steve California F2A mine took longer than usual. They did not activate the tab where I could upload my RFEs for about a month. I should have been DQ'd on around octuber as my I130 got approved on July, 2022.

@Ru Ru, thank you for the info.. Looks like they are still neglecting F2A applications. We all are tired of this. I am astounded that they can be so careless to people who are working through legal procedures for years where they are just focused on cases of illegal immigrants to put them first on line of getting an status.....Damn!

Just wanna know the rough idea on timeline. F2a categories DQed in October, when did they get their IL?

till nov 13 all citizen and f2a categories got il on dec6 from nov 14 all f2a applicants are left out till today
