my pd is September 2022 but I am still waiting my I -140 answer .

I have not heard anyone from 2022 called for interview yet. They still have a lot of cases pending from 2021, so I do not think they will schedule any interviews for 2022. I have seen December 2021 called for interview but that’s the furthest I know.

am january 2021 and my friends one November 2020 one December we all haven’t received anything whoever told you this information is just lies

A bunch of poeple I know with PD in Aug/Sep of 2021 had their interviews over a year ago despite not even being current. I wouldn’t be surprised if USCIS has gotten to 2022 interviews by now.

@Sunny shrestha forget about the interview 😂I am praying that they approve my I -140 ,it’s crazy waiting time ,I hope everything will be fine ,but my opinion for 2022 its look like it will take 2 to 3 year to get green card .

@M S it seems like interview scheduling and visa movement has no correlation. Plus you must be one the last batch of people who were able to file for i485. I do not think much people were able to file for i485 if their pd was 2022

@September 2022 hmm yea but I already have my i140 approved. Based on what I read pd before June have pretty low numbers

when I told I got approval for the green card. I just attended the filed office interview for I-485 and CRP since then. yes, I was lucky to catch the January/2023 visa bulletin filling date for my PD.
