7 months , ours was scheduled March 5 ,2021 and got canceled, just received rescheduled last week.

UPDATE: interview was re-scheduled today

good luck guys. I had an interview in September 7the in Dallas Tx. I was approved on the spot. there is a lady who is so friendly and kind. hope you guys will get that.

Our interview (marriage based) was scheduled Dallas office for sept 2, got cancellation notice on august 25, since then absolutely no updates :( so frustrating. We did medical for the interview, should we mail it to them? Any updates for you guys?

our lawyer already sent 2 letters to Dallas office to reschedule our interview but absolutely no update, case status still says “interview cancelled…”

yea mine also says “interview cancelled” not even ready for schedule for interview.. but i think medical can be used for 2 years because it was done after the application submitted so we’ll have to ready for the reschedule..

zack you are correct medical is valid for 2 years! so no need to redo it. my question: is it better to mail uscis medical in case they waive the interview or should I just wait for the interview update. when was your interview scheduled/cancelled? Dallas FO too?

we received a letter even before interview was scheduled about i635 so I was wondering if we can send it to them without waiting for an interview. my husband is on E2 visa, he got his EAD and travel document. fingers crossed we hear something soon

Zack Lee hopefully your case was scheduled for interview and you got a green card already. just wanted to give an update for our case. interview was scheduled for Jan 11, got decision 10 min after interview was done and got green card in hand jan 18. interview was EXTREMELY easy for us, officer didn’t ask any documents other than our passports. we were married for 8 years and have 2 kids so I guess that’s why he didn’t need any relationship proof
