Montreal is processing more IR1 or CR1 according to my understanding. i had a work make who was DQ in February and got his IL just 3 weeks for an interview in May his category was IR1 he was lucky tbh

@Dancemom spousal categories are many which one exactly because some have high priority than others

How long did it take you after the NVC received your application from the USCIS to pay your fees on the NVC website

2 days after approval from USCIS i received an email from NVC to start visa application pay fees and submit documents

but NVC to review documents took 2 months to review them

@Da: married citizen. IR1 . I checked Us consulate Montreal website , they currently doing the cases DQ from NVC in July. so I hope next month I have an interview letter .

my case has been documentary complete on august 20 2021 and still waiting for the interview in Montreal for the eb1
