I went yesterday… They didn’t approve it on spot… It was a TERRIBLE experience… and they said that in a couple of weeks they would send either a RFE or a Noid, or the approval… in that order… Other 5 friends also from BDV were there yesterday and they didn’t get the approval too..

the same here, he said he will issue RFE for me as well. Also 1 other friend the same. He had all documents but still no answer.

I took EVERYTHING… She kept my F1’s (even tho I’m pretty sure it’s attached on my file already 🤷🏼‍♀️), my tax files, old EAD’s (she left me only the one that is current), medical exams, supplement J, but I had with me paystubs (which she didn’t ask), all notices, anyway… I gave her my BDV’s contract… it was the first thing that she asked for… she held it too… Now I’m back at the waiting time 😕

@GB B the officer was extremely arrogant and mean… Scoffing to EVERY answer I provided her, giving me little laughs like she was doubting about my answers… reminded me several times that I was under the oath.. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I was expecting it to be bad, but not so bad… it drained me and my husband at a point that we feel extremely exhausted and sad…

@Lily C I’m sorry to hear that! there’s no reason for them to treat us like that! we are on the same boat exhausted and sad!!! but let’s keep our hopes up because we invested so much on this and we deserve a decent outcome l!

@Lily C oh My God! this is the first time I am hearing about NOID from any Eb3 interview experience. and as you said you had all your documents and provided whatever they asked for, then What RFE they are going to ask you?

And she asked: what were you talking about? 😒🤷🏼‍♀️ and I said: 2 of our friends are having their interview now so we were wondering how it was going.. @MZ A exactly… they mentioned NOID to one of my friends too… The officer asked me: what if I deny your application? And I answered: Than, I did everything I could.. 😕

@Lily C was that the same officer for you and your friend? I would say you handled it well even in this extremely tense situation.

@MZ A No, different officers… 2 friends got the same officer, but mine, between my friends, I was the only one who had the interview with her…

@Lily C but I would say and i see it as a positive, if the officer were to deny, they won’t ask and if i deny. it sems more like scaring tactics, putting candidates at the spot and make them say some stupid comments.

@Lily C I think they are suspicious of BDV, they asked me a lot about BDV. And, if I knew anyone that is also BDV client. They even asked if my roommate was a BDV client. I don't think this RFEs are case based. It seems like all these are tied to BDV.

@Amin Goretz I didn’t. I honestly have zero contact with envoy or BDV since I started working for my sponsor.. I contacted envoy only to get my supplement J filled.. And I don’t think they are helpful.. 😕

i feel people who arenot working for the sponsor should start heading back after being current just to be on a safe side things are crazy these days

it doesnt look like they approve eb3 unskilled on the spot anymore as far of I know. I interviewed 2 weeks ago in WAS FO and my case status is still showing as interview scheduled. The officer told me that the decision will be made within 180 days 🙃🙃🙃

@GB B I guess there were too many BDV clients for the same sponsor, might trigger a strick check.

@MZ A BDV is clear. there’s no fraudulent cases so far against them but I see it might raise some 🚩

BDV contract is clear and doesn’t not show any fraudulent intent. many clients getting their approval left and right every week. there might be something that triggered some strickness in some FO. may be some clients said something they shouldn’t have said and caused suspicions. for example, I heard some clients said, “they paid sponsors”, which is not true because BDV is not their sponsor, and Visa officer took that as a potential fraud.

I had my interview in KC yesterday and I am from BDV. It was fine and she said “I will try to make a decision by the end of this week” I haven’t heard anything so far. just waiting.

looks like they are giving hard time for AOS applicants during the interview while consular applicants are getting their visa approved on the spot and their interview are way simple. I think all recent approval are from consular process and there is no priority for AOS applicants.

i had my interview and it went well. officer asked me few questions and my interview lasted for 30 minutes. At last she told me to receive an notice within 7-10 days.

Me too. I had just a few questions, 30 30-minute interview most was about BDV. my wife took 1 hour because of her level of English. My office was very polite. She said will review our documents that we gave to her and it will probably send RFE If needs anything else. and We got RFE on the same day.

@ramis ali who is your sponsor? Macdonald's? they didn't ask you too many questions about bdv? what did they ask about bdv?

@sharmeen moona mcdonald is my sponsor. My officer asked me about my bdv process. How i find bdv. how much i pay. do i know anyone who have received green cards through bdv process. all questions were from bdv. be honest and give them the contract you have between you and bdv. it will help a lot

@ramis ali, we did. they asked if we know anyone. i said no. but said i personally don't but have seen and spoken to people who are their clients. gave them the contract.

@Lily C if you don't mind me aaking what ia your degree in? mine didn't ask for my i20. he said you have anything you want to give? my mind short circuited then coz like yeah i have a bag full of paper what you want? so ibgave medical and husband gave supplement j. i asked lawyer if i need to give i20 or may paystubs. she said no. husband is main applicant and they did not ask his paystubs too.

@Lily C ok. yeah i was surprised he didn't ask for i20 from either of us. he did mention when i dropped status. and wrote that down in the sworn statement. i did print out the email. but i thought they would ask for my certificate or transcript but nothing. may be he thought i have been working in my field for 7 years now almost of course i completed my degree. who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️. you hear anything from anyone in your group please update. i saw you guys there. your girl is adorable. glad she wasn't as bored as my son 😂

@sharmeen moona @Lily C it was kind of like mix experience for everyone. some got brutal interviewer, some got not so much. mine was fine too. it lasted 30 min. and just typical questions about BDV, how long you planning to work after your GC. etc. but she didn’t say how many days she will make a decision in. she just said, work load is high so you will know. @sharmeen moona what about you? what she said about your decision?

MY RFE is asking for all pay stubs from the sponsor.

@MZ A they will let us know of decisionif approved via app or online in 30-180 days. i said that long? then he said "if approved". that rubbed me wrong way lol. i was thinking like why do you need to emphasize that?

@sharmeen moona I got the RFE letter in my hands this Friday. I didn't look for anything yet. I will wait for the lawyers to receive the copy of the RFE. About the pay stubs probably I will contact the HR.

@sharmeen moona nope, it still says "interview is ready to be scheduled" in the system. I heard getting the actual rfe mail can take weeks.
