international travels
hi all, I just saw a post with MRS Mounita Rahaman well known lawyer in NYC, saying if you got your green card through Vawa you should NOT be traveling at this time.! basically in a nutshell she’s saying CBP, DHS and USCIS. they’re giving a lot or trouble. to people who already have their green card and who’s in the process or getting it.
so think about your travels before actually traveling.

that is sad & true at the same time.
I really do recommend everyone to be so cautious about their status.
do not travel even within the U.S, try to avoid also going to the heated areas.

I have been traveling since 2022 with advance pararole and combo card , I have never had any issue! clean background! last year three times!!

in New York City is very different I have a freind just come back to Africa in a travel ban country with a cambo card vawa applicant with out any issu if you have a clean background they wont bothering you

I think we should keep in mind that people try to get clicks sometimes. I see people traveling with Ap under vawa with no issues. Let’s keep the hopes up.
