Infopass
Today I had my Infopass appointment (humay reason) and it was deny they didn’t consider my moms health an emergency but the agent that help me send an email to NBC to expedite my travel document… I have never heard of an agent sending an email to them

I had the same problem, they expedite and I am still waiting since May 12 😑😑

they said that I have to wait. normally was taking 7 days now is taking until 3 months

I tried to contact uscis to ask about my expedite and they told me that it was in process and not to call or ask every so often because it is taking up to 3 months.
