immigration matter
Hi guys hope all is good. please I need advise please. i came as f1 student. i was working at school. graduate last year and married to a usc spouse. on the i485 I did not disclose where I was working except the school. my interview is coming up. I want to disclose with the officer before the interview. do you think I should get a lawyer or I can just go and disclose it and do my interview. will I be granted?? please any advise. thank you

Don’t panic over simple issues. First of all, if they don’t ask you, don’t say a word about it. Just shut up
But if they do ask you, just tell them the truth. You worked only on campus as per your visa requirements. keep it simple. Don’t let anxiety lead you to send unsolicited infos. With USCIS, if you disturb the process, you slow the procedure

working at school is allowed as F1 student. Besides say you worked unauthorized, because you are now married to USC it is forgiven. Whether your case will be approved or not depends on the entire case. So goodluck on your interview.
